Since 2017, we’ve run a fullblood Black Wagyu herd alongside Wagyu × Angus F1 crosses, pulling from the same elite Japanese bloodlines that deliver world-class marbling.
Our cattle graze native grasses on rich High Plains dirt, then get a long, precise grain finish to maximize that legendary Wagyu intramuscular fat and deep beef flavor. The result? Ultra-tender, intensely marbled steaks and roasts that outperform anything else raised stateside.
