Nestled on the wide-open High Plains of West Texas, just north of Lubbock, 3CJ Cattle Company is a family-owned operation dedicated to raising exceptional Black Wagyu and Wagyu F1 (50/50) beef. With endless skies, crisp air, and rich soil beneath native grasses, our ranch provides the perfect environment for producing beef that is intensely marbled, remarkably tender, and bursting with rich, buttery flavor.
Our cattle are born and raised right here on the ranch, never given added hormones, and finished on a carefully balanced grain ration to maximize that signature Wagyu intramuscular fat. From pasture to plate, every step happens under our watchful eye, ensuring consistency, quality, and traceability you can trust.
